GALLERIES
The four gallery styles
Four ways to show a collection.
Kiara includes four gallery pages. Use whichever suits a collection, or all four - they are ordinary Divi modules, so you can copy any of them onto a new page.
THE GRID GALLERY
Even, tidy thumbnails that open in a lightbox. The calmest of the four, and the right choice when the photographs are all the same shape.
THE MASONRY GALLERY
Keeps each photograph's own proportions and adds a Load more button, so a long collection does not overwhelm the page.
THE CAROUSEL GALLERY
A sliding row with arrows and dots. Slides are background images, so they crop to a consistent shape however your photographs are framed.
THE SLIDER GALLERY
Full-width frames, for photographs that deserve the whole screen.
MASONRY
Building your own load-more gallery
The masonry behavior works through CSS classes, which you can copy onto any Divi Gallery module. Add them under Advanced › CSS Class in each module's settings.
kiara-masonry — on the Gallery module - keeps natural proportions instead of cropping
kiara-load-more — on the Gallery module - turns on the load-more behavior
kiara-batch-8 — on the Gallery module - how many images per batch; change the number
kiara-load-more-btn — on a Button module - reveals the next batch
kiara-load-less-btn — on a Button module, optional - collapses back
WITH JAVASCRIPT OFF
Every image simply shows. Nothing is hidden behind a script that a visitor's browser might block.
