THEME BUILDER
Theme Builder templates
The header, the footer and the journal.
Under Divi › Theme Builder you will find four templates. The import assigns all four for you, including pointing the Inquire template at your newly created Inquire page.
Default Website Template — every page - provides the header and footer
Single Post - Journal — individual journal posts
Category Archive - Journal — journal category pages
Specific Pages: Inquire — the Inquire page only, which uses a different footer
THE HEADER
Your logo and your menu
The header template holds the logo and the menu. Replace the logo in the Menu module's settings; edit the menu itself under Appearance › Menus.
IF YOU REBUILD THE INQUIRE PAGE
Open the Specific Pages: Inquire template's assignment settings and point it at the new page, or that page will fall back to the default footer.
